They've done it again! Browning have taken what was arguably the best 'No Glow' trail camera on the market for the last 5 years and made it even better!

ENCRYPTION; For customers using these cameras to combat rural crime and fly tipping, a SD Card encryption firmware that encrypts the SD Card is available upon request for this model, and continues the success of its previous encryption Spec Ops Edge. Call us to discuss further on 01225 703316.

This is the no-glow LED version of the Recon Force Elite HP5 , with rechargeable battery option and a wider 52° angle field of view.

Radiant 5 technology, unique to Browning gives you the highest quality HDR night pictures available in any conditions. Also included is the adjustable detection range from 55ft. - 100 ft. and 3 adjustable IR flash modes that can extend up to 90 feet for optimum picture control at night.

Another great feature is the built in 2” color display that allows users to either preview images in the field or aim the camera so that it captures everything you want to see. The Spec Ops Elite HP5 also produces the highest quality 24 MP images and industry defining 1080p videos in either 30 or 60 frames per second.

Additional features include Illuma-Smart Technology, an SD Card Management feature, Smart IR Video, a Selectable Start/Stop Image Timer, and a battery meter than functions with both alkaline, rechargeable, and lithium batteries. The Spec Ops Elite HP5 is also compatible with up to 512 GB SDXC memory cards and continues to deliver remarkably long battery life with only 8 AA batteries.  We recommend Energizer Ultimate Lithiums as the best disposables, or Panasonic Eneloop Pro as the best rechargeables.

Good points:
A fantastic camera very easy to set up and use. Browning Spec Ops Elite HP5 The camera is well made and robust. The SD card in easy to put in and take out. The videos and stills are pin sharp. It’s everything I wanted. I download images to my iPad Pro. Initially I had a a problem downloading and it proved to be the adapter from Amazon, I sent it back and bought a genuine Apple one and I had no further problems. I purchased some Panasonic Enloop Pro Batteries with the camera, they have been used every day for 10 weeks and they are still showing 80% charge (brilliant). Wild View Cameras were extremely helpful in choosing the camera and dealing with after sales questions. Thank you!

Good points:
All things considered it gives very good picture and sound. Far better tahn the Ltl Acorn camera I had before and it seems better quality. On video particularly the trigger speed is very impressive.
Bad points:
It does drain batteries fast. Rechargeable ones or possibly an external car-battery are probably the way forward. Also, I would fear for its security if I was mounting it anywhere but in my garden.

Good points:
Super quality camera, I usually leave the camera out for 5 nights monitoring a badger sett and the fact it can be preset to only record for certain hours I don't have hours of daytime clips of bits flying, plus I would highly recommend wildview cameras for their personal touch
Bad points:
Er now let me see.....none

Good points:
This is the second Browning trail camera that we have bought from WildView Camera, as we are so pleased with the first. The quality of both cameras is excellent, but the new model has "no glow" LEDs, which is even less intrusive for wildlife. Worth the price, and the service from WildView is excellent as always.

Good points:
My first trail camera, so nothing to compare it to, but seems to have all the functions that I wanted, plus others.
Bad points:
Not really designed with small animals in mind. Should have an integral lens mount.
